Survey Results

Congratulations! Survey results show that you’ve discovered that your child has a need and as a parent you can help.  Your child has access to a 10 minute screening of his or her auditory processing skills. They can strengthen those skills in 4-6 weeks.  Register Now!

For a limited time each child you register will receive access to the PASS (Phonemic Awareness Skill Set) Assessment and CogRead Sound Analysis exercise package at no cost. The assessment is a screening tool to measure auditory processing skills (only 10 minutes) and the exercise builds the phonemic awareness skills that assure greater phonics and reading instruction success.

To access the free PASS Assessment and the Sound Analysis exercise you will first register yourself to create your parent/master account and then you will register your child or children. You will be transferred to a product provider registration site. The registration form takes less than one minute to complete.

Registration is easy, fast and free. When you register you will be transferred to a product provider site. Cognitive First does not retain any of your information and the provider, BrainSkills LLC protects your personal information and data. Their privacy policy is available on the registration page.

Once registered, your child will login with the user ID and password created during the registration process.  There will be a link on your master account homepage under each student section that will also take you to the login location(s).  You may also click here for detailed login instructions.  You can bookmark the exercise login page for ongoing access.

Once you have registered, your child 2nd grade or older can complete a 35 minute online cognitive skill evaluation. A cognitive skill assessment typically costs $250-$500 or more. The cost of this online assessment is $89.95 when it is offered in clinics or from learning specialists.  By registering through Cog1st your cost for the test is only $29.95.  For every test that is purchased Cognitive First™ sponsors a test for an under-resourced, at-risk child from a lower-income family.
